As a Private Tutor, you will be responsible for helping students improve their academic performance, build confidence, and develop essential study skills. You will tailor your teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment.

1. Conduct personalized tutoring sessions for students across various school subjects, including mathematics, science, literature, and languages.
2. Assess students' academic strengths and weaknesses to develop customized learning plans that target their specific needs.
3. Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents about their performance and areas for improvement.
4. Utilize a variety of teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience and make lessons engaging.
5. Assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation, ensuring they understand the material thoroughly.
6. Communicate effectively with company employees regarding any concerns that may arise.
