A leading technology company in Dubai is seeking a Lead Client Accountable Executive to manage client relationships and advocate for their interests while driving sales processes in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least six years of relevant experience, and the ability to build relationships at the C-Suite level. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, as well as experience with Oracle Fusion. This position involves traveling up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Client Accountable Executive you will:

  • Manage client relationships whilst also serving as the critical point of escalation, ensuring swift resolution of high‑level challenges that demand executive attention.
  • Advocate for the client’s interests while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
  • Guide our engagements with clients, harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
  • Elevate the client’s reference‑ability proactively, showcasing the value of their relationship with us.
  • Chart the course for current and future solutions through strategic road‑mapping sessions, aligning with the client’s vision to enhance citizen health outcomes.
  • Drive the sales process from inception to closure, consistently exceeding sales quotas and expanding our horizons.
  • Establish best practices for client profitability, streamlining processes from invoicing to contractual interactions.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, or other HCIT solution work experience.
  • Experience building relationships at C‑Suite level and with senior clinicians.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
