The role is for a 5PQE lawyer to join the Corporate team in Dubai UAE. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual with solid experience looking to join a toptier firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions including structuring, negotiation and .
  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports on findings.
  • Draft and review transactional documents including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules and shareholder agreements.
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice to clients on their corporate governance and compliance obligations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and market trends affecting M&A transactions.
  • Support junior team members through mentoring and training.
Requirements
  • Qualified Common Law Solicitor (5PQE) with a strong academic background and a relevant legal qualification.
  • Previous experience or exposure to corporate M&A matters.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
