As a Technical Architect you will lead the design development and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor you will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust best‑practice technical designs while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop configure and integrate ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform governance.
• Drive integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.
• Oversee platform upgrades releases and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
