As a Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store General Manager in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will also work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s proposition (maximizing joy at minimum cost), you’ll drive store sales to achieve targets. Deputy Store Managers have the power to impact the business daily, by managing inventory, moving product in accordance with customer demand and by being commercial (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and order your merchandise daily to drive sales).
To be successful in this role, you must have 4 years prior experience in retail leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
