A leading financial institution in Dubai is looking for a dedicated professional in Business Banking focusing on small to medium-sized accounts. The role involves providing quality transactional services and managing client needs effectively. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience along with strong verbal and interpersonal skills. UAE Nationals are preferred. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact client satisfaction and service delivery.

Description du poste
Business Banking focuses on the development and management of small to medium size accounts by offering both assets and liabilities solutions. The unit leverages on the skills, knowledge, and expertise of its staff to grow the portfolio and increase its contribution to the overall development and profitability of the bank
The primary purpose of this job is to provide quality transactional services to the client and sales referrals of other associates and manage back office issues.
Responsibilities
Effectively identify and respond to Business Banking client needs.
Ensure completion of client transaction in timely and quality manner.
Increase client satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
Support the quality initiative by reducing transaction defeats and cycle time.
Incorporate EIB values into all activities.
Add value to our clients through delivering on our EIB Banking experience.
Provide product and service information, advice and relevant products and services to customers to increase their awareness and promote their usage.
Greet and orient the client to EIB products and service
Manage efficient paper –flow, supporting relevant procedures
Contact clients and support in getting missing documents
Address customer problems and complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference
Resolve client problems and respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
