Your Purpose

As a Client Advisor at Burberry, you will build meaningful relationships with clients, celebrate their milestones, and create personalised experiences that uphold the very best of Burberry’s luxury standards. What You’ll Do

Client Engagement

• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised attention and regular follow-ups.
• Acquire and retain clients to grow your own and the store’s client book.
• Conduct private appointments to drive loyalty, repeat business, and incremental sales.
• Understand client preferences to support styling, wardrobe curation, and cross-selling.
• Celebrate key client milestones to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure exceptional client experience across the store.

Service & Sales Excellence

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Deliver a luxury service experience using your knowledge of Burberry’s fashion, products, and heritage.
• Guide clients through the full Burberry journey, from first impression to follow-up.
• Provide efficient after-sales service to foster long-term loyalty.
• Support store operations including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inspiring team culture.
