Qualifications

• Strong network with supermarket procurement teams.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Our client is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in listing premium food brands especially eggs or chilled products in high-end supermarkets and modern trade outlets in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Identify and approach category buyers in top retail groups (e.g. Spinneys Choithrams Waitrose Carrefour Union Coop).
• Secure listings for premium egg SKUs across targeted supermarket chains.
• Negotiation and Deal-Making
• Negotiate listing fees promotions and shelf visibility deals.
• In-Store Marketing
• Develop and manage in-store marketing and sampling campaigns.
• Sales Performance
• Track sales performance and ensure stock availability.
• Logistics and Supply Chain
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modern trade/retail sales in the UAE food industry.
