Job summary
A leading UAE real estate developer is seeking a Property Consultant to drive sales and leasing activities while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess 2–4 years of real estate experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the UAE property market. A valid UAE Driving License is required. This role offers a chance to engage in dynamic operations while contributing to iconic projects within the region.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market is essential.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales and leasing operations.
- Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on UAE property trends.
- Support strategic planning, pricing, and product positioning.
