We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive with UAE experience and fluency in Arabic to join our team.

This role requires someone eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality execution. A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile—especially during peak campaign periods—are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively and find efficient solutions in high-pressure situations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Account Executive in an agency setting.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is a must.
  • Work Ethic: Willing to put in extra hours when necessary, including late nights and weekends—especially for RTA projects.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Creative Judgment: Strong understanding of what works creatively and what doesn’t.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision in execution.
