Job summary
A reputable sales firm is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of frozen and ice cream products in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in frozen food sales, strong client management skills, and knowledge of the UAE market. This role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of CRM tools and a valid UAE Driving License are preferred.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Frozen food or ice cream sales is a must.
- Knowledge of the UAE Frozen food and Ice-cream market and distribution channels.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the frozen food portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and delivery terms.
- Assist in pre-sales activities including route planning and stock checks.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Meet sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Our client is hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of frozen and ice cream products across retail wholesale and foodservice sectors in the UAE. The role requires strong product knowledge client management skills and market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the frozen food portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research on trends customer needs and competitors.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and delivery terms.
- Assist in pre-sales activities including route planning stock checks and display coordination.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Meet sales targets and Prepare and present performance report to management.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Frozen food or ice cream sales is a Must.
- Knowledge of the UAE Frozen food and Ice-cream market and distribution channels.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent communication negotiation and client service skills.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
