Our client, a social-first agency with offices in Dubai and Riyadh, is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead their client services division and report directly to the CEO.

As Account Director, you’ll oversee a cross‑functional team of social media specialists from managers and executives to content creators, copywriters, and photographers ensuring flawless campaign delivery while driving business growth through RFPs and new opportunities.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in organic social media, client servicing, and business development who can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.

Salary & Benefits: AED 30K to 33K per month + Visa + Insurance + Air Tickets

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Organic Social Media Division, ensuring top-quality delivery across retained client accounts.
  • Mentor and inspire a diverse, multi-location team.
  • Drive growth through RFP participation (minimum 5 closures annually) and upselling within accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships as the senior point of contact.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Production & Influencer Marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficiency and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in social media, digital marketing, or client servicing, including 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing large accounts and winning RFPs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and content strategies.
