Customer Service à Grande-Bretagne

Products: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, Tools, POS, and CNC.

Location: Dubai International City - UAE

1. Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
2. Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho CRM
3. Support order processing, invoicing, and basic supply chain coordination

1. Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed
2. Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
4. Maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
3. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
4. A background in technical or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Fluent in English with a clear accent
7. Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM)

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in industrial or technical products)
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
3. Experience preparing quotations and handling B2B inquiries
4. Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products in a short time
5. Fluent in English with a clear accent
6. Proficient in computer and office applications
7. A valid UAE driving license is a plus
