Job Description

Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance).

• Act as a first point of contact and respond promptly to partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails if Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks to appropriate Sales Representatives.
• Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner.
• Set up and configure systems for new partners, conduct training, and address system issues from the vendor/partner side.
• Monitor and update the status of closed restaurants.
• Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, and manage related sales data.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract delivery and pickup.
• Manage the quality of partner accounts, ensuring ongoing relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants, users, and the platform.
• Assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software).

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:

• Follow-up activities
• Transmission methods reports
• Contract delivery and pickup acknowledgment reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• MS Office, Excel Certification
• Must have a UAE Family Book.
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
