This property offers 156 units, including studios, and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, catering especially to larger families. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, CLYMB Abu Dhabi, and numerous dining options.

An Assistant Chief Engineer manages all maintenance issues within the hotel, ensuring a high-quality guest and team member experience through daily checks, equipment repairs, and overseeing renovation projects.

• Managing maintenance issues within the hotel
• Performing daily checks and repairs of mechanical equipment
• Conducting lift emergency release procedures as needed
• Building relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintaining hotel fixtures and fittings for safety
• Developing and implementing emergency and energy conservation programs
• Overseeing renovation projects, including bidding and contractor supervision
• Handling special projects and other assigned responsibilities
• Ensuring health and safety standards, including safety inspections and staff training

• Self-motivation and previous management experience
