Job Overview
To lead and drive the Specialty Business in UAE & Oman with full ownership of sales performance, team leadership, and market execution. This role requires a strategic and commercially driven leader with a strong healthcare network, proven team development capabilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets in specialty care.
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Own and drive the sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and market share targets.
- Develop territory action plans aligned with cluster priorities and commercial KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives with clear performance goals.
- Build a high-performing and engaged sales force, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration.
-Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to ensure execution excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and institutional stakeholders in the specialty segments (Neurology, Orthopedics, Pain, Pediatrics, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to support launches and ongoing portfolio success.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure optimal coverage and segmentation of territories.
- Lead CRM adoption, data-driven decision-making, and salesreporting compliance.
- Manage budget and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty care
- Strong network across UAE & Oman healthcare landscape
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, launching specialty products, and team leadership
- High commercial acumen, data orientation, and market insight
- Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset
