  • Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure market needs are met with tailored solutions and compelling brand representation.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic feedback to guide management decisions and business planning.
