As a leader in the bedding industry for over 30 years, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch mattresses and exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries from potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
