Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart and capable Account Manager Russian Speaker to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management customer success or business development roles. Prior experience in the iGaming Software or Crypto industries will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts ensuring satisfaction and longterm engagement.

• Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

• Account Management:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.

• Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success.

• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing and support to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.

• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Track account performance using CRM tools such as Monday Salesforce or Zoho CRM.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance.

• Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in account management customer success management (CSM) client relationship management (CRM) or business development management (BDM).

• Previous exposure to the iGaming software or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday Salesforce Zoho CRM or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of iGaming platforms payment gateways blockchain tools or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clientfirst mindset.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Selfmotivated proactive and adaptable to a fastpaced environment.

• Strong understanding of B2B business models and client dynamics.
• Flexibility to Travel.
• Russian Speaker is a must.
