Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Data Management
  • Enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Organize large volumes of data into structured formats for reporting and analysis.
  • Perform routine data audits and identify discrepancies or errors.
Market Research Support
  • Conduct basic online research on industry trends, competitors, and products.
  • Compile findings into simple summaries, spreadsheets, or internal documents.
  • Assist with gathering information for surveys, outreach campaigns, and other research tasks.
  • Maintain databases related to research activities.
Administrative & General Support
  • Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation updates, and basic office coordination tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and summaries as needed.
  • Support team members with organizational tasks and clerical duties.
