We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team focusing on the HORECA (Hotel Restaurant and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales specifically within the HORECA sector and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses to generate new business opportunities.
  
• Sales & Account Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  
• Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: Offer tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of HORECA clients including FMCG products and fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables.
  
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client preferences to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company’s competitive advantage.
  
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets ensuring growth in revenue and market share within the HORECA sector.
  
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to the management team.
  
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations that add value to the business.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery and excellent customer experience.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA sector or the fresh produce industry (fruits and vegetables).
  
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the HORECA industry.
  
• Negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into successful sales.
  
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
  
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
