In this role, you’ll speak with couples from around the world who want to get married in the UAE or abroad. Your job is to listen to their story, understand their situation, and help them choose the perfect wedding solution — all while meeting and exceeding your sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of high-volume B2C sales experience (100+ leads / day, 30+ monthly conversions)
Background in hospitality, tourism, visa, immigration, or insurance industries
Proven record as a top 10% performer or consistent high achiever
Excellent communication, follow-up, and CRM discipline
Fluent in English; Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian is a strong advantage
UAE-based experience is mandatory
Coachable, emotionally intelligent, and financially driven
Female candidates are preferred due to client demographics, but outstanding male candidates are also encouraged to apply
