Job summary
A leading resource management firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator to manage project resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in resource allocation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. A valid UAE driving license is required. The position offers a salary range of 3000 - 3500 AED, with responsibilities including overseeing logistics and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in resource coordination/resource planning/resource allocation in construction or real estate.
- Candidates MUST be based in the UAE and MUST hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.

We are seeking a Resource Coordinator for our projects in UAE. The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for managing resources effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, coordinating communication among team members, and facilitating employee training as needed. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing project logistics, scheduling, and assisting with resource allocation to optimize efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- 1-3 years of experience in resource coordination/resource planning/resource allocation preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Candidates MUST be based in the UAE and MUST hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external coordination
- Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in resource coordination or project management is an advantage
