In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating HR processes and recruitment activities specifically catered to the yacht industry. You will play a key part in attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified crew members while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for yacht crew positions
  • Coordinate job postings, manage applications, and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new crew members, including document collection and orientation
  • Collaborate with yacht management to understand crew requirements and operational needs
  • Stay updated on maritime regulations and industry standards to ensure compliant recruitment practices
  • Provide support for HR-related inquiries from crew members and management
  • Assist in organizing crew training sessions and development programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting related to recruitment and employee data
