Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical contract recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions within AI, Data Science, ML, or Enterprise Tech.
• Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including demand for ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for selling AI PODs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on AI teams vs. traditional hiring.
• Develop a strategy to expand AI POD sales globally.
