Front Desk Receptionist (male) – Full-time / Permanent, Irreversible, in Ajman, UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, personally or on the telephone, answering or referring queries, and giving instructions.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following directions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps the reception area safe and clean by abiding with procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Maintains connection among job groups by recording and communicating activities, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving related outcomes as required.
Qualifications
  • Education and Skills: Grad. Telephone Skills, Verbal Interaction, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Deals With Stress, Phone Skills, Supply Monitoring, and related competencies.
  • Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Language: Hindi (Preferred).
