Junior Legal Secretary - Dubai, UAE
Our client, an international law firm is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary with around 2 years experience as a legal secretary to grow into the role. Supporting the common law team, the candidate will be supporting with tasks such as Intapp time, filing, bundling, Interaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
- Diary management, arranging meetings, seminars, external and internal client lunches
- Dealing with telephone queries and arranging conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Formatting documents in line with firm’s house-styling policy
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
Salary is from AED15,000 up to AED18,000.
