Job Responsibilities

  4. Assist in coordinating communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
  5. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  6. Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory for the Engineering department.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
