Charterhouse is currently working with an international law firm, who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their successful team within their Dubai Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive legal administrator who is looking for their next step in their career, otherwise for a legal professional seeking experience within an International Firm.

About the Role

Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pre‑active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a Team of Partners and associates within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi‑task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting and proof‑reading documents, PowerPoint presentations, organising and attending meetings and taking minutes.

About You

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience working within a busy, corporate environment, ideally an international firm. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and be fully competent in legal software.
