To develop new client relationships and expand Elliot Scott Group AE s footprint in the Dubai market by selling permanent white‑collar recruitment solutions to employers across various sectors. This high‑pressure sales‑driven role involves making a high volume of cold calls generating new client business driving revenue and achieving KPIs. The BDE is accountable for sourcing approaching and converting business leads into signed agreements.
