The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and fluency in English and Russian. Responsibilities include developing tailored solutions for compressor upgrades, managing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales in Oil & Gas sector.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment compressors, especially reciprocating compressors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes including cost calculation and offers.

Responsibilities

  • Eliminate root causes of compressor failures.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions for upgrades and revamps.
  • Negotiate contracts for compressor upgrades.
  • Act as main customer contact for Russian-speaking clients.
  • Maintain connections with departments during all project phases.
