This role involves mentoring a national sales team, developing strategic plans, and monitoring performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within the consumer goods industry. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in the bedding industry is a plus.
