Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client success.
- Opportunity Creation : Expand the company’s footprint in Government, Public, and Private Sectors by targeting new accounts, engaging C-level executives, and securing long-term agreements.
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent value delivery and loyalty.
- Solution Integration : Incorporate hardware and software into comprehensive, client-valued solutions that address strategic needs and prepare clients for seamless implementation.

Cross-Functional Integration & Forecasting
- Operational Alignment : Work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements, from contract signing to project go-live.
- PMO Collaboration : Partner with the Project Management Office to align opportunities with delivery capacity, timelines, and risk management frameworks.
- End-to-End Visibility : Establish strong governance frameworks for opportunity tracking, forecasting accuracy, and delivery readiness to ensure business growth is both achievable and sustainable.
- Feedback Loop : Integrate client feedback and delivery outcomes into the sales cycle to continuously refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- COO Support & Top Management : Support the COO by providing accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and sales performance reporting to drive strategic decision‑making.
OEM Partnership & Strategic Alliances
- OEM Relationship Building : Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key OEM companies to secure long‑term trust and collaboration.
- Partnership Enhancement : Elevate the company’s partnership tier with global technology leaders by achieving higher certification levels, co‑investments, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Joint Solutions : Collaborate with OEMs to co‑create innovative solutions, align on business roadmaps, and deliver joint proposals that increase competitiveness in the market.
- Market Recognition : Position the company as a preferred strategic partner with OEMs through consistent revenue contribution, deal pipeline growth, and executive‑level engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Demonstrated success in scaling sales within System Integrator or Technology Solutions environments.
- Strong engagement history with Government, Public, and Private Sector clients in UAE.
- Proven strong communication network with C-level executives and decision makers at target customers.
- Proven ability to deliver growth in high-value industries such as Oil & Gas, Aviation, Banking, and Telecom.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performance teams.
