Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership : Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client success.
  • Opportunity Creation : Expand the company’s footprint in Government, Public, and Private Sectors by targeting new accounts, engaging C-level executives, and securing long-term agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent value delivery and loyalty.
  • Solution Integration : Incorporate hardware and software into comprehensive, client-valued solutions that address strategic needs and prepare clients for seamless implementation.

  • PMO Collaboration : Partner with the Project Management Office to align opportunities with delivery capacity, timelines, and risk management frameworks.
  • End-to-End Visibility : Establish strong governance frameworks for opportunity tracking, forecasting accuracy, and delivery readiness to ensure business growth is both achievable and sustainable.
  • Feedback Loop : Integrate client feedback and delivery outcomes into the sales cycle to continuously refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
  • COO Support & Top Management : Support the COO by providing accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and sales performance reporting to drive strategic decision‑making.
OEM Partnership & Strategic Alliances
  • OEM Relationship Building : Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key OEM companies to secure long‑term trust and collaboration.
  • Partnership Enhancement : Elevate the company’s partnership tier with global technology leaders by achieving higher certification levels, co‑investments, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Joint Solutions : Collaborate with OEMs to co‑create innovative solutions, align on business roadmaps, and deliver joint proposals that increase competitiveness in the market.
