Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead our real estate sales division and drive business growth across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales operation, set performance standards, and establish strong client, broker, and investor relationships within the competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales managers and agents.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for off-plan, ready, and luxury property projects.
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and partnership development.
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and overall project sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, real estate agencies, investors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to optimize sales campaigns and conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market trends, providing regular performance reports to management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and investor meetings locally and internationally.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5–10 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with at least 4–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving multimillion-dirham sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and managing real estate brokers and sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and luxury real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with high-value clients and investors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
