Job Overview
As the FP&A Manager, you will act as the primary financial partner to the CEO. You will lead monthly business reviews, assess expansion opportunities, prepare strategic forecasts, and manage financial performance across business units. This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to influence top-level decisions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as financial advisor to the CEO on all business decisions and reviews
* Lead performance tracking and reporting across Sharaf DG & Sharaf Retail business units
* Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
* Deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to support strategic goals
* Conduct feasibility studies for new market entry, expansion, and investment projects
* Take full P&L ownership of new initiatives until handover to respective business leads
* Coordinate cross-functional inputs and align plans across departments
* Prepare executive-level dashboards, board materials, and scenario analyses
* Improve forecasting accuracy, cost controls, and financial discipline across units
* Ensure robust governance and compliance with financial standards and controls
Job Requirements
* Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
* 10 15 years of experience in senior finance and commercial leadership roles
* Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-business operations preferred
* Expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP (preferred)
* Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Strong business acumen and leadership presence in executive forums
* Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
