A luxury hotel group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and at least one year of relevant experience in hotels or restaurants. This full-time position requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure operational excellence and teamwork within the kitchen.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business their guests and their colleagues. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:
Bachelors Degree or any culinary degree
