Zusammenfassung
A leading facility service provider in Dubai is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to supervise cleaning staff and ensure high-quality standards. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in cleaning management, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to handle a team effectively. The successful candidate will also manage client coordination and maintain inventory of cleaning materials. The position offers a full-time contract with a competitive salary up to 7K AED depending on experience.
Qualifikationen
- At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures.
- Manage attendance, performance, and maintain inventory of materials.
- Handle client coordination and resolve service issues.

About the Client: One of the rapidly growing facility service providers in Dubai, delivering tailored solutions in food safety, catering, and cleaning, while ensuring compliance and excellence across healthcare and commercial sectors.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures, equipment uses, and safety.
- Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Handle client coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below.
- At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.
