Job summary

A leading facility service provider in Dubai is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to supervise cleaning staff and ensure high-quality standards. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in cleaning management, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to handle a team effectively. The successful candidate will also manage client coordination and maintain inventory of cleaning materials. The position offers a full-time contract with a competitive salary up to 7K AED depending on experience.

• Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures, equipment uses, and safety.
• Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Handle client coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.

Requirements

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below.
• At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
