A leading crypto exchange in Dubai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to oversee initiatives related to user growth and product adoption. You will manage campaigns, lead Web3 activations, and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, a strong understanding of crypto trends, and excellent analytical skills. In this role, you will manage growth marketing initiatives and Web3-related activations across the CIS region, focusing on user growth, AUM expansion, and product adoption. You will report to the Growth Lead and collaborate closely with product, BD, VIP and SM teams.
Campaign Management: plan, execute, and optimize integrated regional campaigns and listings activations to drive user growth, engagement, and revenue across OKX products.
Web3 Activations: lead regional Web3 initiatives, including NFT, DeFi, and on-chain campaigns to increase community participation and enhance OKX’s Web3 presence.
Partnerships & Media Collaboration: identify and engage media partners, KOLs, and communities to amplify campaigns and product launches.
Global Campaign Amplification: adapt and localize global OKX offers, sponsorships, and brand campaigns to maximize regional impact and awareness.
Lifecycle Marketing: optimize user journeys from acquisition to retention through A/B testing, targeted communication, and referral growth strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Event Support: assist in planning and executing regional events and educational activations that boost visibility and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with global and local teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with OKX brand and product priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing (crypto or fintech preferred).
Proven experience managing regional campaigns and listings-related promotions.
Strong understanding of Crypto and Web3 trends, blockchain, and crypto ecosystems.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, project management platforms, etc.).
Fluent in English and Russian.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
