In this position you will leverage your industry expertise to connect with potential clients promote our aesthetic services and drive sales through exceptional customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients seeking aesthetic services such as skin treatments cosmetic procedures and consultations.
  • Use your knowledge of aesthetic services to articulate the benefits and answer client inquiries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Document client interactions and manage leads through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide insights on customer preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Stay updated on trends in the aesthetic industry and associated products.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and clients needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative preferably with aesthetic clinic experience.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic services and products.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
