An established design and build company with a strong reputation in office fit-out projects is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in design and build sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive business growth within the commercial interiors market. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills who can contribute to the continued success of the company. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base. • Identify new project opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. • Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in design and build / office fit-out within the UAE. • Strong network and understanding of the commercial interiors market. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
