Operations Manager (testing/inspection services)

Seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Industrial Division driving operational excellence and delivering world-class Testing Inspection & Certification services across the UAEs oil & gas sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Industrial Division ensuring efficient delivery of inspection testing and quality-assurance services.
• Manage client relationships with major EPC contractors operators and vendors within the UAE oil & gas market.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives KPIs and quality standards.
• Oversee resource allocation scheduling and performance management of inspection teams.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 17020 HSE and client-specific requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets forecasts and operational reports; own the divisions P&L performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement cost-control measures and continuously monitor expenditure to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the preparation of proposals and bids (technical and commercial) ensuring alignment with client specifications pricing strategy and company policies.
• Support business development initiatives market research and tender participation in coordination with senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations or management roles with reputable inspection / TIC (Testing Inspection & Certification) companies in the UAE oil & gas market.
• Strong knowledge of vendor inspection third-party inspection QA/QC and industry standards (ASME API AWS ISO).
• Demonstrated ability to prepare budgets analyze financial results manage P&L and optimize costs.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing technical & commercial proposals.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and client-management skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
