Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Sales Advisor to join our boutique at the prestigious Dubai Mall . As a key ambassador of the Damiani brand, you will deliver a tailored luxury experience to each client while contributing to the boutique’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, providing a personalized luxury experience
Build strong and lasting relationships with international clientele
Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
Ensure optimal product display and boutique standards
Collaborate with the team on CRM, stock management, and after-sales processes
Stay informed about product collections, brand heritage, and luxury market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury retail (preferably in jewelry or watches)
Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and customer orientation
Refined presentation, elegance, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Passion for luxury, jewelry, and high-end craftsmanship
