Role : Strategic Account Manager UAE Market

As a Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long‑term partnerships with strategic accounts in the UAE. You will represent Carriers full capabilities across products and services aiming to position the company as the first‑choice partner in climate and energy solutions. This role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty expanding key relationships and delivering sustainable growth.

Role Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Implement the strategic account management and business development strategy to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute customized strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Carriers business objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish maintain and strengthen trusted relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Understand client business drivers needs and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.

Contract & Account Oversight

  • Manage large‑scale long‑term contracts with a focus on client retention and sustained value creation.
  • Emphasize long‑term partnerships over short‑term wins ensuring continued growth and alignment with client strategies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across sales marketing operations and product teams to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to joint business strategies that align customer and internal priorities.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • MBA is an advantage.
Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and key strategic sectors.
  • Knowledge of HVAC solutions is a plus.
Experience
  • 510 years of relevant experience in account management or strategic business development.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • UAE Driving Licence required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software.
