This is your role

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our operation in program management for our clients. In this role, you will be the visible face of TradeTracker, directing and optimising your clients’ affiliate marketing campaigns. You’ll act as the main point of contact, using your negotiation skills, creativity, and proactive communication to build strong affiliate partnerships and deliver results.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice, and using data insights to maximise campaign performance. Your role will include identifying growth opportunities, negotiating with affiliates, and ensuring optimal exposure for your clients' brands. You'll also contribute to new business development, as well as industry research and strategy planning.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Managing and optimising affiliate marketing campaigns for selected clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and affiliates, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Negotiating deals and terms with affiliate partners to ensure maximum exposure and ROI.
  • Identifying areas of growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and market research.
Your profile

What we're looking for :

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with an interest in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in online marketing and / or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding and experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Fluent English communication skills; a second language is a plus.
  • Motivation, persuasiveness, and a passion for advising clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-driven approach.
  • Experience with larger online merchants or media agencies is advantageous.
