MIRA GROUP is seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in apparel to lead our mass hiring initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring a large volume of skilled workers for our apparel division, ensuring alignment with our company’s standards and culture.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the apparel sector.
• Manage mass hiring campaigns, from job posting through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build targeted job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in hiring.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in the apparel industry.
• Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
