Renowned for their technical innovation, customer‑centricity, and operational excellence, the company is looking to hire a dynamic Operations Manager to drive seamless business operations and enable sustainable growth.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining, managing, and optimizing day‑to‑day operations across multiple functions, including Purchasing, Inventory, Service, HR, and IT/ERP (Zoho). The ideal candidate will bring a process‑driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate operational efficiency into business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operational Management: Oversee and direct daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining cost‑effectiveness and efficiency.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks, introduce best practices, leverage automation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage workforce allocation, inventory levels, and system infrastructure to support business expansion and operational demands.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk mitigation frameworks to safeguard the company’s operations.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchase, Inventory, Service, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth workflows, effective problem resolution, and unified objectives.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and MIS reports to monitor operational performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with service teams to improve turnaround times, quality of delivery, and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations management, ideally within trading, distribution, or machinery‑related industries.
- Hands‑on experience managing multi‑department operations and implementing ERP‑driven workflows.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi‑functional teams effectively.
- Expertise in procurement, inventory control, service operations, HR processes, and ERP systems (preferably Zoho ERP).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Adept at driving process standardization, cost optimization, and business scalability.
