Responsibilities
  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies regarding employment practices.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs; monitor employee performance and provide necessary support.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic HR support.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldli>
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
