Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Representing the company in a foreign country.
  2. Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for new markets and customer segments.
  3. Developing and implementing business strategies for the country.

  5. Building relationships with stakeholders and managing a team.
  6. Preparing regular reports on business development and distribution activities.

Qualifications:
  1. Education: Business Administration Graduate in Sales, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, retail distribution, and managerial work of at least 5 to 10 years in FMCG / Retail in Gulf countries.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, knowledge of market trends and retail practices. Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Additional Business Development Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and analyze industry trends.
