A leading engineering firm in the UAE is seeking a Commercial Manager to supervise all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with contract obligations. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in contracts management within the EPC or oil & gas sectors, with expertise in FIDIC contracts and commercial risk management. This position offers a strategic role involving client negotiations and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in commercial or contracts management roles within EPC or oil & gas industries.
• Strong background in handling large-scale projects with ADNOC or other NOCs/IOCs.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC EPC contract structures and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team for project(s) ensuring all activities support strategic and financial goals.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project and business objectives.
• Oversee contract management including review, negotiation, risk assessment, and administration.
