A leading manpower company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience within the manpower or recruitment industry and a valid UAE driving license. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities across the UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, a solid understanding of Sales preferably from manpower/recruitment industry, and a valid UAE driving license. This role involves end-to-end business development, maintain client relationships and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

· Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and leads.

· Should be passionate about sales and a go getter.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Explore new manpower supply business opportunities across companies, any verticals and in any Emirates in the UAE.

· Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals.

· Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline/prospect clients.

· Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the UAE manpower or recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Language: English, Hindi, Malayalam
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Ability to travel across the UAE for business development activities
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
